The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a Red Flag Warning due to strong winds and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 7 PM MST this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Locations near Alpine, Greer, Pinetop-Lakeside, Show Low and Whiteriver. This includes portions of the Apache- Sitgreaves National Forest. * WINDS...West-northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop or are ongoing will have the potential to spread rapidly.
